We have had pest service with Neighborly since they acquired BugMan—we were with BugMan for almost 10 years prior. The continued excellent service under this new company is why we stay. From the people in the office who answer the phones to our technician James, everyone is so professional and friendly! The text communication about our upcoming appointments and in person on the day of service is always so thorough. And most importantly, we don’t have bugs!
