Robert responded quickly to a rodent caught in a trap near our water heater. I couldn't get a good look at the animal and, unfortunately, it turned out to be a small possum. It was near death and needed to be euthanized. Robert always does a great job for us.

Doug is amazingly responsive, kind, and thorough. He has helped us get rid of various “critters” over the years. And while we love nature, we do prefer the fauna to stay outside. We also appreciate that Doug uses the gentlest chemical options, and explains what treatment he is using and how it works. He is always willing to quickly communicate and is very knowledgeable. Recently, we were having issues with mosquitos around the house, and they were sneaking into the garage. Doug recommended a mosquito management system that has worked beautifully!
