We have absolutely loved Neighborly Pest Control for the past 3 plus years. Doug, our technician, is the best! He listens to your concerns, offers real solutions, is flexible with schedules, and is a genuine good person. The pest control was excellent and the mosquito traps he installed were fantastic, especially in West Roseville. We enjoy being in our yard, so it really made a difference. Moving out of state, but I would recommend Neighborly a million times over! Ask for Doug!

Doug is amazingly responsive, kind, and thorough. He has helped us get rid of various “critters” over the years. And while we love nature, we do prefer the fauna to stay outside. We also appreciate that Doug uses the gentlest chemical options, and explains what treatment he is using and how it works. He is always willing to quickly communicate and is very knowledgeable. Recently, we were having issues with mosquitos around the house, and they were sneaking into the garage. Doug recommended a mosquito management system that has worked beautifully! We have not seen a hint of any of them since he put it in a few weeks back. Thank you, Doug!!
