Robert responded quickly to a rodent caught in a trap near our water heater. I couldn't get a good look at the animal and, unfortunately, it turned out to be a small possum. It was near death and needed to be euthanized. Robert always does a great job for us.

We had somnolent circling flies (I counted 60 that I killed in the bathroom) and the odor, of course. Above and Beyond!
I have the bi-monthly service which I love, and today Neighborly went above and beyond! A friend was visiting and heard “something” in the attic space over the kitchen. Further investigation revealed there was a gap in the screen vent in the eaves of the home on the kitchen side of the house. I quickly called Neighborly and Jay came out the very next day. Jay was on a ladder with his flashlight looking into the opening and a squirrel ran out and jumped over his shoulder onto the ground and ran away! That would have scared me for sure. Jay had some screen material on his truck and quickly fixed it. When I asked for an invoice so that I could write a check, Jay said there was no charge. I appreciated Jay coming so quickly, being so courteous, and fixing the screen so quickly. He also checked the other vents and all the others were fine. You can't ask for any better service.

My technician Doug Stone is amazing!! To say he goes above and beyond to maintain my property is an understatement! I was having some issues with rodents in my garage, so I contacted the office. Within an hour I got a call from Doug that he would be out the next day. He took care of the issue and took the initiative to repair the garage door where my unwanted friends were getting in. Problem solved!! The follow-up text a week later was greatly appreciated!
